Lotey Fasteners was founded in 2014 in Ludhiana, Punjab. We are a partnership firm, run day to day by Hardev Lotey & Harpreet Lotey.
We started by making nuts. That is still half of what we do, and it is the reason our machines work: everything we build gets run in our own production before it is sold to anyone else. A machine that has only ever been demonstrated on a showroom floor is a very different thing from one that has been making nuts eight hours a day.
Today the business has two halves. We manufacture nut formers, bolt headers, cold forging machines, nut tapping machines and the wire preparation equipment that feeds them. And we manufacture mild steel and stainless nuts in bulk, on those same machines.
Both are run from the same works in Industrial Area B, Ludhiana.

Every machine is run on our own line before it leaves the floor. We can tell you what it will actually produce.
Dates we can hold
We build to a schedule, not to an order backlog. If we quote a delivery date, it is one we can meet.
Tooling that fits
Die sets and punches matched to the nut you actually run, not a generic set you have to make work.
